Factory H13 bulbs have
a high and low beam light built into one bulb and are only available
in a HID low and a HID high beam application. Also, the H13 wire
harnesses must be spliced into your OEM headlight wires but the
process is entirely reversable if needed and all H13 kits come
with detailed instructions to install them specifically.

If you purchased a kit elsewhere and
did not get a harness, protect your vehicle and purchase a harness
today. These harnesses are UNIVERSAL and will fit 90%
of the ballasts on the market and have dielectric grease added to protect the relay from corrosion.
Don't believe you need a harness? Check
out this McCulloch vendor giving instructions on how to fabricate
a relay harness due to multiple problems caused by not having
one..
Consumer note: There
are many brands that do not offer safe installation equipment.
These inferior HID conversion kits connect directly to your factory
wires and put you at risk of damaging your electrical system since
HID systems require a single moment of 23,000 volts to ignite.
Unless a vehicle has an HID system from the factory, the factory
electrical harness is not designed for this level of power which
can result in flickering of your lights strobing which can negatively
affect the long term usage of your bulbs and ballasts.
